  • You lead complex initiatives from problem definition through production rollout and adoption, ensuring architectural intent is reflected in production-quality implementations.
  • In this role, you remain deeply hands-on, spending a significant portion of your time writing and reviewing code, solving complex frontend application and platform challenges, and supporting frontend systems in production.
  • You work closely with the Engineering Director and partner with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and establish UI standards and platform capabilities that enable the frontend to scale across teams and evolve with the product.
