The Opportunity:

The Field Marketing Manager – KSA will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing local field and channel marketing programs to generate new business, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, strengthen brand awareness, and improve customer retention across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role reports to the Emerging Regional Head of Marketing and serves as the primary marketing business partner for the Saudi market. The position works closely with local Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, regional marketing teams, key channel partners, distributors, and external agencies.

This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys owning the Saudi market strategy and executing impactful, measurable programs aligned with local business priorities.

What You’ll Do: 

Market Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute the Saudi Arabia marketing plan aligned with the agreed Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and regional objectives.
  • Drive pipeline growth through scalable demand generation programs utilizing a mix of channels including:
    • In-person events and executive roundtables
    • Industry exhibitions (e.g., LEAP, sector-specific government events)
    • Digital campaigns
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
    • Email marketing
    • Webinars and virtual events
  • Increase brand awareness and market positioning of Commvault within key Saudi sectors including Government, Public Sector, Enterprise, Financial Services, and strategic Vision 2030 initiatives.

Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with Sales leaders, SEs, Professional Services, and Business Development teams to ensure marketing programs accelerate pipeline and revenue.
  • Align marketing initiatives to key account priorities and named account strategies.
  • Ensure marketing performance contributes directly to exceeding sales targets and agreed KPIs.

Channel & Partner Marketing

  • Build and execute joint marketing plans with Business Partner Managers, key local partners, and distributors.
  • Design measurable partner marketing programs that support co-selling motions and drive joint pipeline.
  • Strengthen relationships with Saudi-based system integrators, government-focused partners, and cloud/SaaS ecosystem players.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Utilize Salesforce.com, Marketo, Power BI, and other reporting tools to track campaign performance, ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing impact.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to regional marketing leadership and Saudi sales stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and local market feedback.

Brand & Market Advocacy

  • Act as the marketing advocate and subject matter expert for the Saudi market.
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to local cultural and regulatory requirements.
  • Share best practices and actionable market insights with regional and global teams.

Who you are:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience within Data Management, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Software, or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi IT landscape, buying cycles, and public/private sector procurement dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in both:
    • Marketing directly to end customers
    • Marketing through and with channel partners
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and localized content strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendors within KSA.
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently drive initiatives in a fast-growing market.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies aligned to enterprise and government segments.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

As we continue to embrace the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, we expect the successful applicant to work from home and attend the Riyadh office, a couple of days per week as well as offsite meetings, events, partner sites as and when is necessary. This approach allows us to maintain a sense of collaboration and community while also benefiting from the advantages of remote work.
