The Opportunity
Commvault is looking for a Manager, Customer Trust to join our Customer Trust team within the Global Security organization and build a scalable customer trust function. In this role, you will lead customer-facing assurance activities, helping customers understand and trust Commvault's security, cyber resilience, compliance, privacy, and risk management programs. This role sits at the intersection of Security, Compliance, Product, Legal, and Sales.
What you’ll do…
- Lead the Customer Trust program and associated operations.
- Manage customer security, compliance, privacy, and risk inquiries.
- Own governance and strategy for Commvault's Trust Center.
- Develop scalable response content, knowledge libraries, and reusable assets.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support strategic and regulated opportunities.
- Establish metrics and reporting for customer trust activities.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and drive improvements across security and compliance programs.
- Prioritize and coordinate support for high-impact customer engagements.
- Build and develop a high-performing Customer Trust team.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer assurance matters.
Who you are…
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, compliance, GRC, sales engineering, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise and regulated customers.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Pay Range
$93,500 - $182,850 USD
