We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Account Representative to join our ANZ SaaS Sales team.

This is a quota-carrying SaaS sales role focused on commercial organisations across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll own a defined territory, manage both existing customers and new logo opportunities, and work closely with channel partners, marketing, sales engineering and internal stakeholders to build pipeline, progress opportunities and close business.

This role is ideal for someone early in their Account Executive or Account Management career who is ready to step up, take ownership of a territory, and continue building their sales career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage a defined commercial sales territory across ANZ.
  • Build pipelines through proactive prospecting, account and territory planning, and partner engagement.
  • Progress opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Develop relationships with both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand within the existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, and SaaS adoption.
  • Work closely with channel partners to identify, progress, and close opportunities.
  • Partner with sales engineering and internal teams to deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain strong territory discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy.
  • Support customer, partner and marketing activities where required, including events, campaigns, and account-based initiatives.
  • Travel to your territory on a quarterly basis to build relationships and drive engagement.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn. You don't need years of experience, but you do need to demonstrate drive, grit, and a track record of progression.

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • Gritty and determined you don’t shy away from hard conversations, rejection or persistence. You understand that success in sales is earned through consistent effort.
  • High energy you bring urgency, enthusiasm and momentum to your territory, your customers and your team.
  • Ambitious and growing you’re motivated to learn quickly, take on more responsibility, and prove yourself.
  • Already in a closing role, or close to one you'll be in the early stages of your Account Executive or Account Manager career and looking for a bigger challenge.
  • You know how to build pipelineswhether as a high-performing SDR, BDR, AE or AM, you have a track record of finding opportunities.
  • Comfortable with rejection you treat “no” as part of the process, adapt your approach and keep moving forward.
  • Naturally curious and resourceful you ask good questions, think outside the box, and don’t rely on scripts alone.
  • Can-do by default you take ownership, act with urgency and look for solutions rather than blockers.
  • Commercially curious you want to understand customer challenges, the value-based conversation, and how SaaS deals get done.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a closing, account executive or account management role.
  • Experience owning customer conversations, generating pipelines or contributing to revenue outcomes.
  • Exposure to SaaS, software, technology, cyber resilience, infrastructure, cloud or data protection is advantageous.
  • A track record of strong performance, progression or standout contribution, regardless of job title.
  • Confidence speaking with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
  • A growth mindset and genuine appetite to learn.
  • The ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the broader team.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

How We Work

We operate as a collaborative ANZ Commercial sales team, with a strong focus on customers, partners, pipeline generation, and execution. You’ll be supported by leadership, sales engineering, marketing, channel and broader go-to-market teams - but you’ll be expected to take real ownership of your territory.

This is a Sydney-based hybrid role, with a requirement to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Why Join Us

You'll own a meaningful commercial territory spanning Australia and New Zealand, work with leading customers and partners, and gain experience across the full sales cycle. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where success is recognized and progression is earned.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
