Adolescent Primary Clinical Therapist
As a Primary Therapist, you’ll work thoughtfully with our patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans. This role will consist of conducting individual therapy meetings, collaborating with patients’ outpatient teams, and leading patients through their overall treatment program. You’ll partner closely with the entirety of our treatment teams, including Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Prescribers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
Our location in Northbrook is our first and largest facility, and consists not only of our widest variety of programs, but also serves as a pilot site for many of our new treatment offerings.
What You’ll Do
Complete initial intake evaluation to determine diagnosis and appropriateness of program
Provide group and individual therapy
Provide family therapy as needed
Communicate with patients’ family members or support system, on a weekly basis or as needed
Coordinate care with patients’ outside providers to ensure continuity of care
Communicate with patients’ homeschool and attend school re-entry meetings
Create individualized weekly schedules for each patient based on need
Assess patients’ progress and need for higher level of care, transition plan and/or discharge
Chart progress of patients appropriately
Complete administrative documentation (initial treatment plans/updates, discharges, attendance, research)
Participate in professional development activities
Provide insurance utilization team with updates
Provide group therapy, as needed
Other duties, as assigned
Who You Are
Hold the following licenses or certifications: LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LSW, MFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
2 + years of clinical experience conducting individual and family therapy (preferred)
The ability to assist families and patients in talking about difficult topics is a necessity.
Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment.
Registered Nurse
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate direct patient care to all of our populations. If you are passionate about providing your patients with exemplary care, while being sensitive to their individual psychiatric conditions, you would be a great fit on our team.
Our brand new state-of-the-art facility at Oak Brook is modern, bright, and creates an inviting therapeutic space for both patients and employees alike. The hours for this role will be 10am - 6pm M-F with no on-calls, holidays, weekends, etc.
What You'll Do
Medication administration
Nursing Assessments
Measuring & recording vitals
Phone triage
Performing basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies
Maintaining medication inventory
Recording patient history and medical findings
Assisting providers with writing laboratory orders and retrieving results
Assisting with the completion of medical documentation for patients and their families
Coordinating with insurance companies for medication and diagnostic prior authorizations
Assisting providers with prescription refills
Specimen collection
Provide support & assistance to the organization’s committees
Provide support and assistance during crisis or emergency situations
Who You Are
Hold a BSN degree (preferred) or LPN
Are a Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in Illinois
Are certified in Healthcare Provider CPR
Have a minimum of 1 year of Hospital Experience (preferred)
Have experience in mental health (preferred)
Possess excellent therapeutic communication skills
Mental Health Professional
We are seeking a Mental Health Professional to support our Child programs. This role will be a blend of direct patient interaction and general administration work, ensuring that the programs are running smoothly. If you are passionate about providing your patients with exemplary care, while being sensitive to their individual psychiatric conditions, you would be a great fit on our team.
What You'll Do:
Provide support for the learning environment – be present in group therapy rooms, assist with supervised study, assist patients with check-in for program
Help manage crisis situations and support patients as they gain emotional regulation
Communicate patient progress with team.
Chart progress of patients; complete all incident reports thoroughly and within 24 hours
Check and respond to daily emails, voicemails and EMR messages.
In collaboration with team, aid in development of individualized behavioral plans and contracts.
Engage in frequent communication and collaboration with team members

Ensure safe patient transitions from room to room; setting up and cleaning the group therapy rooms
Set up rooms for supervised study and complete attendance logs
Maintain organizational systems

Bringing patients to/from lobby when they arrive and need to leave at off-times
Provide supervision to patients throughout the day
Administrative tasks such as data entry, attendance, and general paperwork
Ensure program is equipped with appropriate supplies
Email correspondence with parents (sending invites for parent meetings, etc.)
Support with supervised study and lunch if applicable
Participate in professional development activities
Other responsibilities as assigned
