Job Summary
CMI is expanding and we are seeking a Full-Time Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lansdale, PA!
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls
- Maintain front office cleanliness and be the point of contact for all visitors
- Schedule meetings, appointments, luncheons, events, for senior management and update CEO’s calendar
- Negotiate with vendors, buy supplies, and manage stockroom
- Maintain office cleaning schedule and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Prepare correspondence by issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of senior staff
- Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports for staff
- Support operations team by updating, maintaining, and proofreading proposals and client documents
- Support HR, IT, accounting, and marketing in an administrative capacity
- Pick up and deliver company packages to local distributer as needed
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience or degree in Business Administration preferred
- Reliable, motivated, efficient, and friendly
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Highly skilled in proofreading and editing documents in Word and PDF formats
