Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Representative to join our team and provide essential administrative support to a group of Tier 2 technical technicians. This role is crucial in managing schedules, documentation, data entry, and effective communication to ensure a smooth operational flow for our technical projects and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and Coordination:
   - Manage technician schedules and assign work orders.
   - Coordinate client appointments and book necessary resources for service calls.

2. Data Entry and Recordkeeping:
   - Accurately input technical data into databases.
   - Maintain and update client information, job statuses, and generate progress reports.

3. Document Management:
   - Create and maintain technical documentation, including service reports, repair logs, and client invoices.
   - Ensure proper filing and retrieval systems for documentation.

4. Communication Management:
   - Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
   - Relay information between clients and technicians and coordinate communication with internal departments.

5. Inventory Management:
   - Track equipment inventory and order necessary parts and supplies.
   - Maintain stock levels for technicians to ensure operational readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for effective data entry, document creation, and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients and technical staff.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Basic understanding of technical terminology related to IT and POS systems to support technicians effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
