We are currently looking to hire an Associate Account Manager, Embedded Services, to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote working arrangements in the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position supports account managers in delivering consistent engagement, coordinating training, and providing security solutions for Concentric’s intelligence, security, and family office employees. The Entry-Level Account Manager will assist with hiring processes, timecard tracking, and administrative tasks, while helping maintain program documentation and metrics. The role will also manage a small portfolio of less complex or static legacy accounts, providing an opportunity to build account management skills and develop toward handling more complex client relationships. The role will work closely with the Program Coordinator, Embedded Team Managers, and the Director of Embedded Operations to support program initiatives and team improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day operations
- Assist with risk management efforts by escalating concerns to account managers and helping document issues and resolutions.
- Contribute to training and engagement initiatives by coordinating scheduling, preparing materials, and supporting knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communications, and supporting onboarding tasks.
- Help maintain positive client relationships by preparing meeting materials, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.
- Provide administrative support for client meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Support onboarding workflows by ensuring documentation is complete and assisting in communication between employees and clients.
- Assist the Director and account managers in compiling data, drafting proposals, and identifying potential program improvements.
- Contribute to SOP and guideline development by helping draft, edit, and organize employee engagement resources.
- Participate in mentorship and training efforts by supporting embedded employees with basic questions and reinforcing best practices learned from account managers.
- Manage a limited portfolio of less complex or static legacy accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery while gaining experience to support progression into managing more complex client relationships.
- This position requires up to 15% travel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with security management, executive protection, intelligence, or investigative solutions
- 1-2 years supervisory experience, including training, mentoring, and coaching employees
- 2-3 years of project management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree
- Familiarity with embedded employee programs
- Familiar with armed and unarmed guard requirements
- Knowledge and experience with staffing and recruiting
- Has experience in intelligence and risk mitigation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and quickly changing environment
- Ability to handle confidential material while building trust and rapport with various levels of management and people from all backgrounds and experience levels
- Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Adept at learning new software and web-based tools

Seattle, Washington Pay Range
$85,000 - $95,000 USD
