We are currently looking to hire an Executive Boutique VIP Office Housekeeper to join our client's team as a direct hire! This is a direct hire position based at our client's headquarters in South Beach, Miami Beach, FL, one of the most prestigious office spaces in the area, and you will be employed directly by our client.

  • This is a full-time, on-site position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role blends corporate office housekeeping with residential-level care and light family support for the principal family. The right candidate will move comfortably between polished daily office upkeep and the deeper, more personal service expected in a private residence, while building a genuinely trusted, easygoing rapport with the principal family. Personality and adaptability matter as much as cleaning skill for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Office Care

  • Maintain the executive office to an immaculate, showroom standard daily, including premium surfaces (marble, glass, high-end wood, and fixtures)
  • Reset and refresh meeting rooms before and after use, keeping supplies stocked and presentation polished
  • Handle routine daily duties (trash, restrooms, coffee service) alongside higher-touch detail work
  • Coordinate with the office manager on lunches, executive events, and day-to-day office needs without duplicating her responsibilities

Residential and Design-level cleaning

  • Provide high-end residential cleaning with an eye for fine interiors, comparable to what's expected in top-tier executive offices or design-forward private homes
  • Manage a deep-clean turnover ahead of the principal family's arrival at a residence, then shift smoothly back into routine upkeep
  • Use cleaning products and methods appropriate for luxury finishes, fine fabrics, and designer furnishings

Family Facing Support

  • Work directly and comfortably with the principal family, building trust through a calm, agreeable, easy-to-work-with demeanor
  •  Anticipate preferences and adjust readily to the family's day-to-day needs and feedback
  • Coordinate with existing household staff without overlapping their roles

Light Administrative Support

  • Assist with basic day-to-day tasks such as researching kids' activities, coordinating personal deliveries and errands, scheduling and tracking appointments (salon, trainer, and similar), keeping up with RSVPs and social calendar reminders, light closet/wardrobe organization, and light social media support
  • Use everyday AI tools to help with simple research or organizational tasks as needed
  • This is a light-admin add-on to the role, not an executive assistant function

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury housekeeping, high-end hospitality, or private estate/residential environments
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with a principal family, including navigating a demanding or particular household dynamic with patience and discretion
  • A warm, flexible, easy, happy-to-help personality; this is the top hiring criterion for the role
  • Comfort moving between corporate office duties and residential/family-facing duties in the same week
  • Willingness to travel to family-owned locations as required
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and sound judgment around a private family and their guests
  • Resilient, even-tempered, and unflappable under pressure, with the composure to stay steady and gracious in a fast-moving environment where expectations are exacting, demands can shift quickly, and feedback can be direct
  • Willing to take on reasonable requests outside the scope of this description as needed to support the principal family, always within legal and ethical bounds
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in ultra-luxury settings (five-star hospitality, private yachts, family offices, or UHNW private residences)
  • Direct experience, not just formal education, is valued over a strong academic background for this role
  • Specialty training in fine fabric or premium surface care
  • Bilingual ability is a plus but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: $75,000–$85,000, competitive with top UHNW household placements, plus full benefits and potential to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
  • Dental, Vision & Prescription coverage included
  • Company-paid Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability at no cost to you
  • HSA with company contributions & matching
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
  • Supplemental coverage options through Aflac
  • Gym reimbursement — get paid to work out
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your household

Miami, Florida Pay Range

$75,000 - $85,000 USD

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
