We are currently seeking to hire an Account Manager for Embedded Security & Intelligence Programs to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position requires working in a hybrid environment at our Corporate Headquarters in Kirkland, WA, or San Francisco, CA. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Manager is part of the Embedded Program Team responsible for managing a suite of employees supporting security and intelligence services.  This role oversees approximately 40 embedded professionals supporting corporate physical security and intelligence operations across multiple private-sector client environments.  The Account Manager will manage staff hiring, timecards, and supervisory oversight of the group, and will cooperate with the Program Manager and other Embedded Team Managers to support a consistent program and trackable metrics.  The position will work closely with the Director of Embedded Operations to follow, document, and manage program initiatives, and will engage other company subject matter experts to produce training and team improvements. 

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in physical security, project management, and supervising diverse teams.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and place top-tier embedded employees in client programs; assist in screening and selecting candidates to align with client requirements
  • Conduct regular check-ins with embedded employees to assess job satisfaction, performance, and well-being.
  • Advocate for employee needs and escalate issues as necessary to HR or management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to embedded employees in the security and intelligence fields, assisting them in resolving challenges and navigating issues that arise at the client site.
  • Coordinate with clients on security-specific training needs, ensuring embedded employees stay current on required certifications, latest protocols, and emerging threats 
  • Maintain awareness of current physical security priorities, best practices, and operational procedures to effectively support embedded personnel and client security requirements
  • Serve as the primary manager throughout the entire embedded employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including timesheet and expense report reviews, managing performance evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans, as needed
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager between Concentric and client managers, overseeing embedded employees
  • Ensure client satisfaction with talent performance and resolve any concerns regarding embedded employees
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Support the Director in developing program plans, identifying needs, and preparing new business proposals
  • Facilitate communication between employees, clients, and internal teams to maintain alignment on program goals.
  • Assist in the development of security reports, SOPs, and guidelines, as required, for the client
  • Maintain excellent rapport with clients

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship
  • Experience with the security industry
  • Experience with intelligence analysis 
  • 10+ years of experience in the law enforcement, military, or physical security  field
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience 
  • Demonstrated understanding of physical security frameworks, organizational structures, and operational environments across corporate or protective settings
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Monday.com
  • This position requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing employees placed within client organizations (e.g., embedded consulting, managed services, or staffing models).
  • Familiarity with physical security systems and tools commonly used across corporate and protective environments (e.g., access control, surveillance, and incident management platforms)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and quickly changing environment
  • Adept at learning new software and web-based tools
  • Familiarity with human resource practices

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Seattle, Washington Pay Range

$120,000 - $130,000 USD
