As the Senior Director, Product and Portfolio Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Conga’s go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Portfolio Marketing, you’ll bring your expertise in messaging, enablement, and market engagement to lead critical initiatives that will drive our global success. This high-visibility role will impact the business at all levels, up to the C-suite.
Why it’s a big deal…
This role is instrumental in ensuring Conga’s products are successfully launched, well-positioned in the market, and effectively enabled across our sales and partner ecosystem. Are you the person we’re looking for?
We need a strategic and results-driven product marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing products to market successfully. In this role, you will:

- Product and Feature Enablement: In this role, you’ll help establish and maintain best practices for product and value enablement. You will act as the liaison between our core product teams and sellers, partners, customers, buyers, and the rest of the marketing team. You’ll help us build and tell the story that changes the perception of our global market, and you’ll enable others to do the same.
- Cross-functional alignment: You’ll work closely with the VP of Product Marketing, the CMO, the revenue leads, product management leads, and the rest of our team to ensure our content, messaging, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies are clear and effective.
- Win/Loss Insights Program: You’ll help level-up our approach to win/loss insights to capture feedback from deals, analyze patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations to product, marketing, and sales teams. And you’ll ensure continuous improvement based on these insights.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
- You’ve been doing this for 5 to 10 years with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing people and programs.
- You have a proven track record of managing product launches, including cross-functional coordination.
- Your strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders is clear.
- Excellent project management and program management skills are something that you can demonstrate, especially with a focus on process optimization and scalable operations.
- At heart, you’re an exceptional communicator. You can write, present, and tell stories that truly engage your audiences, and you can teach others how to do the same.
