This role blends deep project management expertise with hands-on use of modern AI tools to accelerate delivery, enhance documentation quality, and drive measurable customer outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of technology, business process, and change management—leading cross-functional teams while championing AI-augmented delivery practices that elevate both efficiency and client impact.
Why it’s a big deal…
This role is critical to ensuring our customers realize the full value of their Conga investment. You will directly influence customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success by delivering high-quality implementations at scale. Your ability to lead complex programs, manage executive stakeholders, and embed AI-driven efficiencies into delivery will set the standard for how Conga executes in a modern, scalable services model.
You will:
- Own full lifecycle delivery for 2–4 concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations, from scoping through go-live and hypercare.
- Define and manage key project artifacts including charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, risk registers, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead executive kick-offs, cadence calls, steering committee updates, and quarterly business reviews.
- Proactively identify risks, scope changes, and delivery blockers—driving resolution with minimal escalation.
- Manage implementation budgets (typically $200K–$2M), including forecasting, tracking actuals, and aligning to revenue recognition.
- Partner on Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders, ensuring delivery alignment with scope, billing, and invoicing accuracy.
- Deliver clear executive reporting through RAG status, dashboards, and structured health updates.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within active engagements and support revenue growth.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude and similar platforms) to develop, refine, and validate requirements documentation and functional designs.
- Generate user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using AI-assisted methodologies.
- Drive test strategy, including UAT planning, test case development, and defect management.
- Utilize AI and analytics to assess test coverage, identify gaps, and improve quality outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Partner on change management strategies, including training, communications, and adoption tracking.
- Analyze stakeholder engagement and sentiment using AI-driven tools (e.g., Gong) to refine delivery approach.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (3–8 members), fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the evolution of Conga’s Professional Services methodology, including AI-enabled delivery playbooks and best practices.
