General Summary:
Our Software Training Consultants are responsible for leading the design and delivery of online and in-person educational content for the organization’s products. You will work in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure necessary educational information and materials are available and up to date for all products, in an effort to improve delivery to our Partners.
You will be expected to travel at least 5-6x/ year.

Experience with ConnectWise PSA is required.
What You'll Do:
• Provides support to the Technical Training teams, with a high attention to detail
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members
• Handles the releases and features of platforms that are used to update appropriate educational assets and documentation
• Prepares and delivers content in office and at partner-facing events
• Creates and presents informative, interactive webinars for internal and external resources
• Assists in documentation content creation when necessary
• Collaborates with the education team to create asynchronous assets (eLearning materials, how-to videos, blueprints, etc.) to facilitate partner learning
• Resolves or coordinates the resolution of complex problems in a flexible and logical manner
• Synthesizes information from partners and colleagues effectively to make timely decisions and recommendations

• Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area

• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize information for technical and nontechnical audiences
• Ability to work constructively and independently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to interact positively and openly with peers, leadership, and external business contacts
Working Conditions:
• Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
• 0-10% travel may be required
