General Summary:
The Associate Invent Program Manager supports the development of the functional aspects of the department to make the integrators' journey simple, effective, and profitable for both the business and the vendor. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide value in areas that connect the partner and vendor through our platforms for high retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides support to cross-functional teams with a high attention to detail.
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
- Assists in managing ROI and other deliverables for the participating vendor partners including recruitment, onboarding, certification, marketplace, awareness, and marketing.
- Collaborates with other partner-facing departments to maximize impact around awareness and purchases of participating vendors.
- Assists in developing strategic plans for team to drive pipeline, quarterly, and annual performance targets
- Assists in conducting campaigns based on the needs of the vendor, program, and ecosystem.
- Assists in building recruitment campaigns to grow participating vendor counts
- Supports recruitment campaigns to grow participating vendor counts
- Participates in weekly team meetings, forecasting, ongoing training, and team-building activities.
- Follows established sales workflow and sales operating procedures to track revenue process, attainment of revenue goals, and reporting of goals.

- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements.
- Ability to run at high-volume transaction pace, as well as longer, complex relationships
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft365, and collaboration tools (Teams, etc.).
- Ability to problem solve, balancing both strategic and immediate needs.
- Basic technical aptitude
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience presenting to IT and business stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience in Cybersecurity, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VAR), Office Equipment (OE), Technology Service Providers (TSP0
Working Conditions:
- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
- 0%-10% travel may be required
