The Brand Logistics Manager is responsible for strengthening the operational infrastructure that enables the Brand & Creative team to deliver consistent, high-quality work at scale. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative Production, this role manages intake readiness, brief completeness, project and workstream planning, budget tracking, stakeholder follow-through, brand asset logistics, vendor coordination, and performance reporting across creative requests.

This role helps ensure work reaches copy, design, video, and production teams with the context, requirements, assets, deadlines, stakeholder inputs, and approvals needed to move efficiently. It also owns the schedules, dependencies, resource allocation, and status reporting for concurrent brand workstreams, including the creative workstreams that support ConnectWise events and campaigns; tracks spend against the approved Brand & Creative budget; maintains KPI dashboards and recurring operational reporting; and supports DAM/Brandfolder organization, template and asset governance, and vendor and production coordination.

This is not a creative direction or design execution role, and it is not limited to coordination. It is a hands-on brand and creative project management role, accountable for keeping workstreams on schedule and on budget, improving request readiness, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth, protecting the creative team’s focus, and giving leadership clear visibility into performance through consistent metrics and dashboards.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Brand & Creative intake and request-readiness process, including request triage, brief/spec sheet review, required input validation, priority clarification, routing, status tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Review creative briefs and spec sheets, and request input before work is assigned to copy, design, video, or production teams, ensuring that requirements, assets, stakeholders, deadlines, approvals, and desired outcomes are clear.
  • Partner with creative discipline leads to define and maintain intake standards for design, copy, video, presentation, webinar, event, regional, campaign, and production requests.
  • Clarify priority, urgency, ownership, and tradeoffs for incoming work, escalating to the Director, Brand & Creative when requests require reprioritization, stakeholder pushback, or additional resourcing decisions.
  • Hold request owners accountable for providing complete information, timely feedback, approvals, final copy/assets, and required context before work advances through the creative workflow.
  • Reduce unnecessary back-and-forth, rework, duplicated effort, errors, and late-stage changes by improving request quality, handoff discipline, and stakeholder alignment before execution begins.
  • Maintain visibility into active and upcoming work so the Brand & Creative team can better anticipate capacity needs, blockers, rush requests, regional dependencies, cross-functional handoffs, and production risks.
  • Build and maintain project plans for brand workstreams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, timelines, resource allocation, and risks, and run the recurring status cadence that keeps each workstream on track.
  • Manage concurrent workstreams end-to-end, sequencing work across disciplines, resolving cross-workstream conflicts, and driving decisions needed to hold schedules.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Events, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and regional teams to gather project inputs early, scope creative deliverables, set realistic timelines, and allocate design, copy, video, and production resources across event and campaign workstreams.
  • Coordinate alignment across stakeholders, regions, agencies, vendors, and creative disciplines for complex requests such as webinars, campaigns, events, executive materials, regional needs, and partner-facing assets.
  • Support brand governance by helping ensure teams can find and use approved logos, templates, guidelines, messaging references, visual assets, presentation materials, and production-ready files.
  • Comanage DAM/Brandfolder logistics, including asset uploads, tagging, metadata, folder organization, permissions support, archive hygiene, naming conventions, and recurring cleanup.
  • Coordinate vendor, contractor, print, promotional, shipping, and production logistics, including estimates, timelines, proofs, asset handoffs, delivery details, invoice/SOW support, and issue resolution.
  • Track Brand & Creative spend against the approved budget, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor estimates, and accruals; reconcile actuals, flag variances and forecast risks, and provide spend reporting to the Director, Brand & Creative.
  • Create and maintain templates, checklists, intake forms, asset request guidance, production specs, vendor trackers, workflow documentation, and brand logistics playbooks.
  • Conduct research and analysis related to vendors, tools, asset usage, process improvements, operational bottlenecks, stakeholder needs, creative workflow optimization, and recurring sources of rework.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs for the Brand & Creative team, including intake volume, brief completeness, cycle time, on-time delivery, blocked tasks, rush request trends, asset findability, DAM hygiene, vendor status, budget utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views that give leadership and cross-functional partners real-time visibility into workstream status, throughput, budget utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, AI-enabled workflows, automation opportunities, and governance mechanisms that improve speed, consistency, visibility, stakeholder accountability, and operational leverage.
  • Provide guidance and informal coaching to requestors, contractors, or cross-functional partners on intake expectations, asset usage, brand logistics processes, and workflow standards. Other duties as assigned.

 Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required

  • Advanced knowledge of brand operations, creative operations, marketing operations, project management, workflow coordination, production coordination, intake governance, asset management, or related processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage requests, timelines, stakeholders, handoffs, resource allocation, and operational processes independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, documentation, follow-through, and detail-management skills across multiple stakeholders, regions, deadlines, and creative disciplines.
  • Advanced knowledge of workflow and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com; reporting and dashboard tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Smartsheet; and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of budget tracking and financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor estimates, accruals, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
  • Strong collaboration, service orientation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous requests and keep work moving without taking over creative decision-making.
  • Practical understanding of brand governance, creative production, DAM/Brandfolder management, templates, final file organization, vendor handoffs, and review/approval processes.
  • Ability to identify incomplete inputs, unclear ownership, unrealistic timelines, and workflow risks before they create downstream delays or rework.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs, technologies, tools, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfort working with workflow, collaboration, DAM, presentation, creative review, spreadsheet/reporting, and AI-enabled workflow tools.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, recommend practical solutions, and create templates, playbooks, checklists, dashboards, KPI frameworks, or operating rhythms that improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong judgment, tact, discretion, resilience, and calm execution in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, occasional urgent requests, and stakeholder pressure.
  • Moderate fluency in strategically using AI tools as part of daily workflow, with the expectation to continue building skills and optimizing processes.

 Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design Operations, Creative Operations, or a related field; equivalent business experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in brand operations, creative operations, marketing operations, campaign operations, customer marketing operations, creative services operations, production coordination, agency traffic/production coordination, event marketing operations, marketing or creative project management, or related roles required.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, IT management, managed services, enterprise software, partner/channel-led businesses, or similarly complex B2B environments required.
  • Experience owning project plans, budget tracking, and KPI reporting or dashboards for a marketing, creative, or operations team required.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, creative production, print/promotional production, asset libraries, brand guidelines, webinar, event, and campaign asset requests, or cross-functional marketing requests strongly preferred.
  • Experience with DAM systems such as Brandfolder, Bynder, Canto, or similar preferred.

 Working Conditions

  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location.
  • 10-20% travel may be required for team meetings, ConnectWise events, brand production needs, vendor coordination, or onsite planning support.
  • May require occasional availability outside normal business hours to support priority launches, project milestones, event deadlines, production timelines, shipping deadlines, or urgent brand requests.
  • Requires extended periods of computer-based planning, workflow tracking, documentation, virtual collaboration,  asset management, budget tracking, spreadsheet/dashboard reporting work, and vendor/stakeholder communication.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
