About the Role:

 

The Senior Growth Strategist, Paid Social will lead strategy and execution for paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads Manager. You’ll work directly with clients to align campaign strategy with business objectives, oversee performance, and uncover insights that drive growth. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who thrives on managing multiple clients and solving complex digital challenges with creativity and precision.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns primarily through Meta Ads Manager.
  • Build campaign structures aligned with client goals, creative strategy, and platform best practices.
  • Own end-to-end execution from audience targeting, budgeting, and pacing to creative implementation and optimization.
  • Proactively test new Meta products, features, and ad formats; stay current on algorithm and policy changes.
  • Identify performance trends and deliver strategic insights to internal teams and clients, including monthly reporting and presentations.
  • Grow client budgets and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Meta and other paid social platforms.
  • Monitor daily pacing and adjust campaigns to hit performance targets within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Ops, and Client Success teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal processes and playbooks for paid social excellence.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required: 4 Year College Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.  
  • 2–4 years of experience in paid social advertising; Meta Ads Manager experience is required.
  • Experience with additional platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize performance data.
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign experimentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong project management skills; able to prioritize and deliver across multiple accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting to clients, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Events Manager, GA4, GTM) is a plus.
  • Experience in automotive or multi-location business models is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute feedback to improve our proprietary tech platform.

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $75,000 - 80,000
