About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and operationally strong Product Manager to lead our campaign integrations pod. This is a high-impact role for someone who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
You’ll partner closely with Tech Leads and UX Designers to define and deliver the strategy for our Campaigns module. This person will also work cross-functionally with our internal media teams, sales, and customer success as well as customers to ensure that our campaign integrations are built based on key use cases and rolled out in a strategic way to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmapping
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Campaigns Module.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, GTM, and other pod leads to ensure platform cohesion.
- Oversee the development and integration of media-related features and infrastructure
Team Management & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor Associate Product Managers within your pod.
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on customer outcomes, platform stability, and business value.
- Provide structured feedback and support career development within the team.
Operational Excellence
- Partner with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers to drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release processes.
- Ensure seamless rollout of features, including readiness checks for stability, usability, and support documentation.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive internal and external product documentation.
Platform Cohesion & Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate with other PM leads to ensure shared functionality functions consistently and efficiently across modules.
- Represent your product area in cross-functional planning, leadership discussions, and business strategy meetings.
Enablement & Internal Evangelism
- Serve as the go-to expert for your product areas—leading internal trainings, demos, and client walk-throughs.
- Ensure GTM teams are well-supported with training content, release notes, and use-case documentation.
- Act as a product ambassador to both internal teams and strategic customers.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5+ years of product management or related experience
- Strong background in ad tech or martech solutions, especially involving media channel integrations (paid and owned).
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and support teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple product lines and team priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership and clients.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with creative platforms, media APIs (e.g., Google, Meta, DV360), or dynamic content delivery systems.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms, user roles and permissions systems, or configurable client-level settings.
- Experience scaling platform infrastructure in a multi-tenant or enterprise-grade environment.

New York Pay Range: $120,000-145,000
