Constrafor is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth across our full suite of products including our Early Pay Program (EPP), procurement solutions, compliance management, and our exciting AI-powered financial tools. In this role, you’ll identify, secure, and expand strategic partnerships with general contractors, trade associations, suppliers, technology providers and other ecosystem players that serve the construction industry.

You will act as a trusted liaison between Constrafor and our partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, value creation, and long term success. From building the pipeline of new opportunities to managing ongoing partner relationships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption of Constrafor’s platform and strengthening our position as the leading construction fintech and SaaS provider.


📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnership opportunities across the construction ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners from initial outreach through negotiation and signed agreements.
  • Collaborate with Constrafor leadership and internal teams to align partnership strategy with company growth objectives.
  • Educate partners and their networks on Constrafor’s suite of products, tailoring value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements with measurable goals, ensuring alignment on growth and revenue impact.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring continued engagement.
  • Develop co-marketing and go to market initiatives in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Represent Constrafor at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events to expand visibility and strengthen relationships.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and exceed growth targets.

📈 Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing high-value external relationships.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive measurable business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers across industries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to scale strategies.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous contexts.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and/or financial technology is a strong plus.

  • Salary Range: $100,000-110,000 base salary, OTE $185,000.
