Director, Centralized Estimating & Quoting

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director, Centralized Estimating & Quoting is responsible for building and leading a centralized function that provides estimating and quoting support across Construction Resources’ business units and product categories.

This role will establish standardized processes, improve quote speed and accuracy, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales organization. The Director will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering timely, high-quality quotes to support field sales teams, who in turn set expectations with end customers.

This position requires a strong sense of urgency, deep understanding of construction and finished goods, and the ability to leverage systems, automation, and emerging technologies to drive scalable solutions.

This role is critical to enabling scalable growth by transforming how Construction Resources delivers quoting and estimating support—driving speed, accuracy, and consistency across a decentralized sales organization. The Director will partner closely with Sales leadership on pricing strategy, margin integrity, and quote governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
