Job Description:

  • This position requires an experienced, versatile Analyst to support fundraising technology in both an on call and onsite capacity.
  • The person serves as the primary ITS representative in charge of planning and executing technology needs for virtual and in person events.
  • Responsible for the overall event technology success which includes but is not limited to; evaluating the event scope to acquire and coordinate all technology needs whether provided by the organizations staff or a vendor partner, set up of equipment, testing software functionality, network, and telephone connectivity.
  • When onsite, is responsible for set up, maintenance, support, and tear down of all application and hardware technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, comfortable interacting both one on one, in groups and in the conduct of meetings.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, operating systems, working knowledge of network infrastructure and comfort with coding languages.
  • Must have strong knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems as well as Apple OS/iOS and advanced knowledge of iOS operating systems.
  • Previous working experience with ticketing software such as JIRA, collaboration platforms such as Confluence, and the AGILE software development cycle a plus.
  • Must be willing to work outside of normal working hours including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license. May travel up to 50% of the time
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience combining technical, analytical and functional experience.
