Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in defining and delivering enterprise application solutions within a hybrid cloud environment. In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise and cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical requirements, interfaces, and implementation approaches for business-critical applications. You'll influence architecture and design decisions, help resolve technical challenges, and contribute to the technology roadmap for enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and delivery of full-stack enterprise solutions spanning front-end experiences, back-end services, APIs, integrations, and data-driven workflows.
• Develop hybrid solutions connecting on-premises enterprise platforms with cloud-native services to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable application capabilities.
• Build and enhance cloud-native application patterns using modern engineering practices, including API-first design, event-driven architecture, automation, and CI/CD.
• Engineer enterprise-grade messaging and integration solutions capable of processing large-scale message volumes across multiple business-critical applications.
• Partner with application teams to modernize integration approaches, improve system interoperability, and deliver reusable capabilities that reduce duplicated effort.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust application designs supporting enterprise reliability, performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
• Create well-documented services, integration patterns, and technical guidance that application teams can confidently consume and extend.
• Evaluate emerging cloud, integration, and development technologies to strengthen enterprise application delivery and support future modernization initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, another analytical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET and C# development.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET Core, Web API, and microservices.
• 2+ years of front-end development experience using frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js.
• 2+ years of experience with TFS/Git code management, DevOps integration, DevOps pipelines, or other CI/CD tools.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure services such as Azure Function Apps, Azure App Services, or Azure Static Web Apps.
• Experience building and deploying containerized applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Experience planning and coordinating solution delivery activities in large-scale, distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and software development best practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of the .NET Framework or Java.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows PowerShell and practical scripting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of IIS, Java application server platforms, and related middleware components.
• Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, Netmon, or Fiddler.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience developing with JavaScript and Python.
