Senior Manager - Culture & Capability

The Role 
We are seeking a dynamic and emotionally intelligent Culture and Capability Senior Manager to support a transformational culture offering, bolstering our existing team delivery to geographically dispersed clients. This role will be central to driving cultural change, leadership engagement, team development, and behavioural alignment through delivery of facilitation, coaching, and diagnostic-based solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will bring curiosity, empathy, political and emotional savvy, and a genuine passion for people and culture. You'll be able to operate with flexibility and adaptability in complex environments, providing guidance at both strategic and operational levels, and possess the commercial savvy to thrive in a consulting business. 

 Mandatory Skills & Experience 

  • Proven experience in culture transformation, OD or leadership development roles. 
  • Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Experience in change management practice and frameworks (i.e. PROSCI) 
  • Experience in leading and influencing teams 
  • Comfort with executive-level engagement and influence 
  • Understanding of change management, leadership theory and behavioural science 
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexibility across different time zones  

Highly Regarded (Ideal) Skills & Experience 

  • Experience with cultural diagnostics (i.e OCI, OEI, LSI, MBTI, DISC, Gallup Strengths) 
  • Background in Defence or working with Government/complex systems 
  • Familiarity with SCARF model, trust framework and behavioural charters.
