Account Executive - Enterprise

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only)
Cordance is seeking a proven Enterprise Account Executive to drive large-scale new business growth across our portfolio of software companies. This role requires a strategic sales professional with experience managing complex deal cycles, building relationships at the executive level, and closing multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
As an Enterprise AE, you will own the full sales cycle—developing new opportunities, leading consultative discovery, navigating enterprise buying processes, and structuring deals that create long-term value. The ideal candidate combines a hunter mentality with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to strategic business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Prospecting & Business Development: Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target enterprise accounts through research, outreach, and relationship building.
- Strategic Sales Ownership: Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement through executive presentations, contract negotiation, and close.
- Consultative Discovery: Uncover strategic business challenges and align Cordance solutions to deliver measurable ROI and long-term impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus across multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives, procurement, and technical teams.
- Deal Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored strategies for each opportunity, manage complex negotiations, and ensure successful handoff to Customer Success.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline health and revenue forecasting in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market approaches and ensure customer success.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong record of exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long timelines.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives with a consultative, business-outcome–driven approach.
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
- Expertise in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling).
