Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of enterprise-level initiatives across departments, balancing scope, budget, and timeline expectations
- Partner with executive sponsors and internal stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables that align with organizational priorities
- Build and guide high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage project plans, notes, timelines, and dashboards to maintain visibility across all workstreams
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are escalated appropriately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership through regular status updates, executive briefings, and stakeholder reporting
- Apply tailored delivery methodologies—Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid—based on project type, complexity, and stakeholder needs
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource forecasting, and the evolution of project management best practices across the organization
- Serve as a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable plans
- Use ServiceNow to support project tracking, documentation, and collaboration workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of project and program management experience, ideally within consulting, IT services, or technology-driven environments
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with successful outcomes
- PMP certification required; CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile credentials strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and other project management tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):
