Contractor, Marketing Cloud Execution and Implementation
Hybrid in Nashville or Remote in U.S.

Scope
- Initial 90-120 day engagement focused on growth marketing goals
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns using the current Marketing Cloud Engagement tool
- Lead the implementation of the new Marketing Cloud Account Engagement tool
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and transition
- Develop and optimize workflows and processes within the new marketing cloud environment
- Provide training and support to team members on the new tool
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to marketing cloud tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with Marketing Cloud tools, including Marketing Cloud Engagement (fka ExactTarget) and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (fka Pardot)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and campaign management
- Ability to quickly adapt and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to train and support team members on new tools
