We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Technical Program Manager to join our team and report to our Manager, Technical Program Management. This individual will lead the delivery and optimization of customer-facing, cross-organizational programs for CoreWeave’s customers. This individual will fully own these programs, partnering with customers to comprehend demands and timelines, engaging with necessary teams to determine technical requirements and resource allocations, and collaborating with operations to drive seamless execution and support company growth and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and build comprehensive plans for delivery programs, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, to guide the successful execution and delivery of data centres.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate program requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with critical objectives.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among various teams, including engineering product management, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful program execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvement initiatives based on data insights.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives and secure necessary resources and support.
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout the program and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders to drive resolutions and minimize impact.
- Develop and implement scalable processes for program management within the company.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of program objectives, progress, and challenges.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior management and stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience deploying physical IT infrastructure at scale as technical program management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects and programs from initiation to completion
- The agility to navigate and excel in a fast-evolving landscape, with the ability to adjust strategies in response to shifting priorities and demands
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Familiar with the basic components of modern computers, virtual machines and hypervisors, networking, and infrastructure
Location & Travel: This is a hybrid role based in London or fully remote within the UK.
