Your impact
As an AI Coach, you’ll play a critical role in guiding cross-functional commercial teams as they build and refine Gemini generative AI (GenAI) assistants to solve real business problems. Drawing on your experience in AI tools and business applications, you’ll support learners in designing assistant workflows, refining prompts, and connecting GenAI tools to strategic commercial processes—ultimately helping teams boost efficiency, improve revenue insights, and streamline decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Coach teams through the development of GenAI assistants, with a focus on ideation, prototyping, and real-world testing.
- Help learners refine prompts, assess assistant scalability, and build workflows that align with business goals.
- Support teams in selecting and framing high-impact HR use cases and building localized, culturally relevant assistant applications.
- Provide actionable feedback during Assistant Prototype Labs and dry-run sessions to prepare for final presentations.
- Join live sessions and be available for team check-ins throughout the program, ensuring consistent support.
- Help teams connect their work to business impact, productivity gains, enhanced insights, or improved decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and Lead Instructor to surface team needs, ensure timely deliverables, and troubleshoot blockers.
Your expertise
- 2+ years of experience applying GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) to solve business problems or enhance workflows.
- Strong background in prompt engineering, workflow design, or applied data analysis.
- Ability to coach diverse teams through iterative assistant development and refinement.
- Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into clear, strategic value propositions.
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or facilitating training sessions, ideally in business or commercial contexts.
- Understanding of key issues in assistant localization (e.g., tone, cultural fit, and content adaptation).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a learner-centered mindset.
