Your impact 

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Correlation One, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with our enterprise clients. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and navigate complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, operations, and customer success, to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with experience selling to C-level executives in large, complex organizations. You should be a self-starter with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams.

This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth and offers a combination of base salary and variable compensation.

A day in the life 

  • Orchestrate and manage the entire deal cycle to closure
  • Build a pipeline and sell to large Enterprise sized accounts across a wide range of industry verticals
  • Use AI-enabled tools and platforms to research accounts, personalize outreach, and surface insights that sharpen targeting and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze pipeline and performance data regularly to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, sharing findings with sales leadership to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Work at a high tempo and have the ability to engage in conversations with various different stakeholders ranging from HR to Digital Transformation as well as C-suite individuals
  • Identify and drive targeted prospecting activities for accounts in key industry verticals
  • Identify qualified opportunities and build a diverse sales pipeline with direct customers
  • Manage pipeline activities including driving deals through presentations, proposals and pilots; exhibit consistent deal progression to closure
  • Identify key stakeholders and understand their business needs and be able to articulate how Correlation One can solve problems for these stakeholders
  • Understand budgets, procurement timeline and requirements
  • Develop and manage proposals, price negotiations and contracts
  • Drive deals to closure, meeting sales quota objectives
  • Provide regular sales updates, including metrics for meetings, opportunities, pilots and deal closure to executive management
  • Develop and construct business relationships with strategic partners in the market that align their product portfolio to the Correlation One offering
  • Gather competitive intelligence and knowledge related to industry trends, share insights with sales, marketing, product management and executive management

Your expertise 

  • Minimum 5 -7 years Enterprise sales experience
  • A proven track record of building pipeline and closing seven figure business deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to inform sales strategy, prioritize pipeline, and forecast with accuracy
  • Proficiency with AI-powered sales tools (e.g., conversational intelligence, predictive analytics, CRM enrichment) to improve prospecting efficiency and deal velocity
  • Comfort interpreting and presenting data-driven insights to executive stakeholders to build business cases and accelerate decisions
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills are required
  • Hunter mentality is a must
  • Ability to work creatively and independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to qualify opportunities
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish a sales strategy and effectively execute and deliver on goals and action plans
  • Sense of urgency to address issues right away, deal with problems, finish initiatives
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate and partner with clients to obtain confidence and trust
  • Strategic thinker and resourceful individual with the ability to adapt sales methods and tactics to various on the ground customer and market conditions
