About The Role
We are looking for a Sr. FP&A Associate to join us in spreading the power of Courier Health. Reporting into the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate financial planning and analysis function, driving key strategic financial initiatives, and providing strategic and financial insights to support decision-making and drive the company’s growth.
What You’ll Build
- Lead monthly budget vs. actuals (BvA) analysis across all departments, partnering with Accounting to identify variances and drive accountability; while synthesizing insights to support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Develop financial and operating analytics and reporting packages to facilitate regular review cadence with team leads, identifying insights, risks and opportunities to optimize financial performance and drive accountability
- Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to invest in scalable processes, systems, and tools, enhancing real-time visibility into operating and financial performance
- Support ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives and business cases across teams
- Assist in preparation of Board of Directors’ meetings materials
Who You Are
- 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or other related field
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- You are a clear, concise communicator and proactive team player who translates complex data into meaningful insights and hits the ground running in dynamic settings
- Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau) preferred but not required
- A passion for uncovering insights from data and an eagerness to continuously improve processes and systems. Demonstrated ability to adapt to an evolving business environment and help lead change
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Math, Analytics, Finance, or other quantitative discipline
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with a curious mindset who can creatively solve problems
- Team-player who enjoys jumping into an all-hands-on-deck startup environment

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, interview performance, and internal equity.
