Technical Program Manager
Courier Health is on a mission to solve one of the biggest and most meaningful opportunities in healthcare: reinvent how people living with chronic and rare diseases are supported.
We are building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies. Our software is leveraged by biopharma companies to support patients in their complex journey from diagnosis to initiating and remaining on therapy to achieve optimal health outcomes.
The Role
You will own the execution of enterprise pharmaceutical client implementations end-to-end. To ensure successful project delivery, you will hold internal and external stakeholders accountable, protect scope with conviction, and project confidence to client teams even when things are hard.
You will join a high-performing Client Solutions team with a strong track record and a clear standard of excellence. We do meaningful work supporting patients with rare and serious diseases, in a collaborative environment where strong operators are recognized and given room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day project management across multiple concurrent enterprise implementations, from kickoff through go-live and post-live stabilization
- Confirm progress with internal teams (Customer Engineers, Product, Client Engagement) directly: verify true status, dig in to understand true progress, surface blockers early, and escalate when needed
- Lead client-facing meetings, send clear and structured updates, and build trusted relationships with platform champions and executive stakeholders
- Recognize dependencies, flag deviations early, and drive forward creative solutions when the path forward isn’t obvious. Provide pushback in a way that preserves the relationship and keeps the project on track.
- Develop hands-on expertise in the Courier Health platform — configuring workflows, profiles, and custom attributes, and partnering with Customer Engineers on data mapping and technical specs
- Document implementation decisions, configurations, and requirements thoroughly, and contribute to internal playbooks and templates that make the whole team better
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or client-facing SaaS, ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- A track record of confirming progress, not just chasing it; you know what done actually looks like
- Comfortable presenting to and managing senior client stakeholders
- Strong written communication — your updates, recaps, and trackers are clear, structured, and trusted
- Technical aptitude: you're not an engineer, but you can understand data models, system configurations, and how platforms work under the hood
- Experience navigating and holding delivery boundaries. You know how to say no in a way that preserves the relationship and centers the success of the project
- Healthcare, life sciences, or specialty pharma experience is a plus; genuine curiosity about the space is a must
- Proficiency with project management tools and JIRA; experience with Smartsheet, Notion, or similar platforms is a bonus
Benefits
- 100% paid employee health benefit options (including medical, dental, and vision)
- 401(k) with employer funded match
- Unlimited Vacation
- Commuter Benefits
- Paid parental leave
- Catered lunch on Fridays
- Wellness stipend
- Great Place to Work Certified
The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. This role is eligible for performance-based variable compensation.
