CPI Security, in Charlotte, NC, is looking to hire a talented Senior IT Support Engineer. The Senior IT Support Engineer acts as the ‘face’ of the IT Service Desk and is a steady source of technical expertise. They are responsible for ensuring the successful operation of end-user computing and seamless user experience at a consistently high level.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software service requests for end-users
Device imaging and configuration
Hardware installation, repair, and replacement
Communicate up, down, and across throughout the resolution cycle for service requests
Assist on new projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study preferred
IT-Related Certifications are preferred
3+ Years experience working within an IT Service Desk
3+ Years experience working with Windows, iOS, and MacOS devices
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
