Production Supervisor II (2nd Shift)
Position Summary
Crescent’s Production Supervisor II is responsible for managing and operating a high-performing & reliable production operation on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is committed to meeting all our Customer’s needs, our company’s needs and our people’s needs.
The Production Supervisor II will also serve as the Incident Commander (IC) in any emergency or law enforcement engagement situation. The IC has final authority to coordinate procedures, modify response actions to ensure safety, and manage the situation until external resources arrive, at which point they will transition to the Crescent Liaison role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safety
- Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing it Safe.
- Ensure a Work Environment which is safe and maintained where our people can safely grow and develop.
- Engage everyone in the operation to participate in Safety Observations to continually seek out and remove all forms of risk.
Quality
- Determine and adhere to all quality standards.
- Ensure our customer’s need for quality is understood and built into each process.
- Ensure the root cause for all escapes is identified and corrected.
- Ensure inventory accuracy. Assist in verifying inventory discrepancies and locating/addressing missing inventory.
- Data Integrity - Ensure the complete integrity and timeliness of all data in our operating systems. (Nulogy / UKG / Quick Base).
Productivity
- Maximize shift production capacity and output capability through properly planned allocation of all our resources.
- Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes.
- Assess, verify, and adjust all indirect resources required to support the shift operation.
People
- Select and encourage the best people to become part of Crescent
- Train to ensure each person is competent.
- Assess to ensure the fair and accurate evaluation of each person’s performance and potential.
- Recognize to ensure each person feels appreciated for the value they provide.
- Encourage everyone to participate in Focus Group or Voice of Our People sessions to voice their concerns and ideas for improvement.
- Support all departments as needed as the Incident Commander (IC) on-site.
Customer Value
- Understand the required standards for each customer’s job/project.
- Report well documented and accurate metrics – Shift Reports, APMs
Financial
- Align and optimize the allocation of People to meet established production and operational targets.
- Manage the correct use of all materials and supplies.
All other duties as assigned, including but not limited to identifying and training an individual capable of successfully completing all stated Essential Duties and Responsibilities as appropriate to maintain integrity of position for progression planning and coverage during times of absence.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 Years of practical production/operations experience, leading teams to safely deliver customer services in an efficient and effective manner and meeting every quality standard for each unique customer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading hourly production associates strongly desired.
- Regulatory cGMP experience.
- Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience.

Pay Range
$67,000 - $72,000 USD
