About the role:

As a Partner Solutions Manager you will own the relationship with Cresta’s Partners and work with the internal Partner Team to help showcase and enable the power of Cresta to both partners and potential mutual customers. This role is critical to the long-term growth of Cresta, where we view partnerships as a primary way to scale growth and customer base.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of partnerships, product, and go-to-market teams, ensuring that partners are enabled, technically equipped, and positioned to successfully deliver joint solutions to customers. Success in this role means acting a trusted advisor for our partners and guiding them toward investing in and building a Cresta partner program.

The ideal candidate for this role thrives in customer-facing roles, thinks strategically about how to solve complex industry challenges using the Cresta platform, and takes ownership of internal and external obstacles.

 

Responsibilities: 

Partner Enablement & Technical Strategy

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and platform expert for technology and solution partners
  • Lead partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement initiatives
  • Develop and deliver solution workshops, technical certifications, and best practice documentation
  • Support partners in designing scalable, high-impact programs for joint customers

Solution Development & Integration 

  • Collaborate with partners to define and build joint go-to-market strategy.
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into achievable outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, and Sales to prioritize partner-driven roadmap items.

Lead Technical Validation

  • Support partner-influenced deals through demos, proof-of-value engagements, and ROI workshops.
  • Educate partners on how to position and technically validate Cresta alongside their own services and platforms.

Go-to-Market & Revenue Acceleration

  • Collaborate with internal and partner Sales teams to support partner motions for both technical and solution partners
  • Provide technical support during partner-led sales cycles, including demos, solution validation, and RFP responses
  • Identify new joint use cases and vertical-specific opportunities
  • Track and report on solution adoption and partner performance metrics

Ecosystem Growth & Optimization

  • Identify technical gaps or friction points in partner implementations.
  • Partner with enablement to develop scalable training materials, customer and partner facing collateral, and sales assets
  • Gather structured feedback from partners to inform product improvements
  • Ensure consistent quality across partner-delivered implementations

Qualifications We Value:

  • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or similar roles
  • 5+ years of experience working in the Contact Center space
  • Experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
  • Desire to be a platform expert and provide technical guidance 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Compensation: 

Base: $160,000 – $185,000 + Variable

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, variable (OTE), equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
