Title: Payroll Analyst
Job Duties: Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor, the ideal Payroll Analyst will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and possess a comprehensive understanding of Federal, State, and local wage and hour regulations. In this pivotal role, the Payroll Analyst ensures the highest standards of payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. Success in this position requires advanced analytical abilities, outstanding communication skills, and the proven capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management at all organizational levels.
Schedule: Full-Time
This position will be remote.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of payroll experience required, preferably in a multi-state or large organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local wage & hour regulations and payroll procedures.
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g. ADP WFN, UKG WFM) required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range:
$35 - $40 USD
