Sr. Facilities Software Integrator
Coho Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Facilities Software Integrator to lead the development and integration of enterprise software solutions supporting real property, space management, maintenance, and rent billing operations at the Pentagon. This role is responsible for overseeing complex system integrations between TRIRIGA, MAXIMO, and the SPMD Rent Billing application, ensuring seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and mission-critical reliability in a defense environment.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Lead the planning, development, integration, and execution of enterprise software solutions across multiple existing systems, including TRIRIGA, MAXIMO, and SPD/SPMD Rent Billing applications.
- Design and oversee the integration of TRIRIGA Real Property Inventory and Space Portfolio Management databases with MAXIMO work order systems to support maintenance and repair actions across the portfolio.
- Develop and manage interfaces between TRIRIGA databases and the SPMD Rent Billing system to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial and property data exchange.
- Provide senior-level program management oversight for large-scale, complex technology initiatives supporting defense agencies with diverse and evolving requirements.
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary technical and program teams, ensuring high performance, accountability, and alignment with program objectives.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, system owners, and technical teams to manage scope, schedule, risk, and deliverables.
- Ensure all system integration efforts comply with DoD policies, security requirements, and best practices for enterprise IT environments.
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

- Master’s degree or higher
- Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of program management experience, including demonstrated supervisory responsibility.
- Proven success supporting planning, development, integration, and execution of major research, engineering, and technology development programs for defense agencies.
- Hands-on experience with MAXIMO and TRIRIGA software platforms, particularly in enterprise integration environments.
