As a Creative Senior Project Manager, you are a creative and strategic thinker who loves learning everything there is to know about a client’s brand, business, and customer. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, and you know what it takes to deliver a digital experience that can improve the lives of customers and surpasses the goals of clients. Both the client services and project delivery worlds are successfully navigated by your proactive communication of project statuses, issues, and opportunities to clients. You adeptly manage the project team tracking scope, schedule, staffing, and budget on medium to large sized projects. You have a passion for digital project delivery and want to work with globally admired brands.

    • Acting as the primary contact of communicating needs between the client, team, and vendors
    • Understanding your client’s short and long-term goals, as well as their competition
    • Building trusting relationships with client partners by leading teams efficiently

    • Leading review sessions and host meetings with executive leadership

    • Maintaining a unique perspective of a common goal to increase knowledge, communication, and awareness between team members and the client
    • Aligning the team to project goals by sharing client insights and objectives
    • Creating solid project plans with top-down and bottom-up budgets to support clients’ interests
    • Executing project plans according to established procedures, channels, and expectations
    • Managing and maintaining project scopes and communicate status of scope to team
    • Clearly communicating and documenting project status (key discussion points, action items, next steps and milestones)
    • Managing and leading both client facing and internal meetings
    • Owning creative project deliverables and ensure the team has clear direction
    • Clearly communicating and managing project goals and objectives
    • Defining, negotiating, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables
    • Managing project communication and documenting issues and changes that affect the project
    • Developing status reports and work in partnership with project leaders to ensure all resources are staffed appropriately so that project deadlines are met

You have:

  • 5-7 years experience managing a variety of digital project types, such as; marketing campaigns, email/push/landing page creation, user experience design, systematic design, creative support and maintenance
  • Experience running small to large email/push, landing page, social, display, SEM, SEO, and design campaigns
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as G-suite, Slack, Teams, Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Keynote, Airtable and/or SmartSheets
  • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Asana, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting and change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques
  • Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $160,000 USD
