
Full Stack Developer - Oracle EBS & DevSecOps
Job Description
CSCI Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep experience in secure, scalable web application development across both front-end and back-end systems. This role supports enterprise-grade applications within a classified federal environment, requiring expertise in cloud-native technologies, database integration, and secure development practices.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, fluent in multiple programming languages, and comfortable working within Agile/SAFe frameworks. Experience with Oracle EBS and modern DevSecOps pipelines is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications including front-end interfaces, back-end logic, and database connectivity
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and support microservices-based architectures
- Integrate with enterprise systems including Oracle EBS and support custom development for RICECPW components
- Collaborate with Agile teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and secure code deployment
- Write clean, testable code in Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, PHP, SQL, and other relevant languages
- Support and manage databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Redis
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps practices and secure development workflows
- Work with version control systems like Git, SVN, or Mercurial to manage codebase changes
- Deploy applications in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, OCI) using Docker and Kubernetes where applicable
- Support configuration management, validation testing (SIT, GAT), and secure delivery to production environments
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in full stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database integration
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Java certification or demonstrated advanced proficiency in Java
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, PHP, SQL
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis
- Understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment on AWS, OCI, or equivalent
- Familiarity with API integration, microservices, and secure web application development
- Experience with frameworks such as MEAN, Django, LAMP, or Ruby on Rails
- Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows environments
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies and participation in PI planning, sprint retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Experience supporting configuration management, system integration testing (SIT), and government acceptance testing (GAT)
- Experience with Oracle EBS, including RICECPW components
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development patterns
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
- Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
- Past experience working with a federal agency
- Department of Defense experience is a plus!
