Sales & Marketing Specialist II
Responsibilities
- Manage inside sales activities and provide daily reports.
- Strategically oversee sales activities to optimize performance.
- Develop and report on marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Report on sales performance both daily and weekly.
- Identify and monitor customer issues or complaints at both individual load and overall account levels.
- Participate regularly in customer meetings to gather essential information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Handle all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of supply chain dynamics including market conditions, pricing, transportation modes, and equipment.
- Analyze complex or multiple data sets to resolve customer issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
