Sales & Pricing Analyst (Bilingual English/Korean)
La Porte, TX
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through direct communication, meetings, and regular follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer growth initiatives
- Strategically coordinate sales activities and customer account management
- Attend customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities as needed
- Prepare and manage customer pricing, quotations, and rate analysis
- Source and negotiate with motor carriers to support customer requirements and pricing competitiveness
- Monitor customer accounts, operational issues, and service performance at both shipment and account levels
- Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Report customer activity, pricing progress, sales pipeline, and account performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Handle incoming customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support contract renewals, RFQs, and long-term customer development strategies
- Travel up to 50% for customer visits, meetings, and business development activities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-facing experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships and professionally engage with customers and carriers
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, work within deadlines, and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in pricing and transportation coordination
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or trucking industry experience preferred
- Fluent in Korean and English (or Chinese)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Available to work overtime during peak periods
