How you can help make a better world of work
CultureAmp needs a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced Director of GTM Systems to strategically administer and evolve our Go-To-Market platforms and productivity tools, from Marketing through Sales, Customer Success, and Support. The Director will step into team leadership and an existing tool stack, with a mandate to rationalize duplicative SaaS investments and ensure the strategic business roadmap is well-supported through systems, automation, AI, and world-class user experience. The Director must evidence strong technical depth, a strategic understanding of the traditional GTM tool value chain and emerging technologies, an ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on the priorities, and a great track record of sophisticated solution delivery.
As part of this team of amazing humans,
You will
- Co-own the strategic roadmap for systems investments with the VP of Revenue Operations, CRO, IT leadership, and other senior stakeholders
- Grow and maximize the performance of a high-performing team
- Co-own vendor due diligence and selection, oversee application lifecycle management, and decommission tools with low business value
- Drive relentless optimization of our CRM platforms and other high-touch applications used by GTM team members
- Work closely with the team to alleviate tech debt and improve user experience
- Own cross-functional program management to deliver critical change management initiatives
You have
- Have 8+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or a related consulting field
- Strong experience as a team leader in culture-first companies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence executive decision makers through compelling, well-researched proposals and business cases
- Proficient technical depth to make critical solutions architecture decisions and drive world class delivery and QA through the team
- Very strong track record of working successfully with business partners to scope and deliver business-critical applications
- Evident success in landing complex transformations that have a big impact on the business!

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)
$220,000 - $250,000 USD
