How you can help make a better world of work
As a Marketing Operations Analyst on the Marketing Operations team, you will be the primary administrator of Hubspot and a key partner in ensuring the growth and effectiveness of Culture Amp’s marketing engine. You’ll manage and optimize marketing systems, drive process improvements, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable reporting to support efficient and scalable marketing programs. Your work empowers Marketing partners to execute strategies confidently, make informed decisions, and achieve strategic goals.

You will
- Hubspot administration: Serve as the primary Hubspot admin, responsible for building and maintaining workflows, forms, integrations with other tools, user permissions, customizing system settings, and staying current with Hubspot features to ensure the platform is fully leveraged.
- Martech ecosystem: Maintain and optimize the broader marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integrations and accurate data flows with HubSpot. This includes Salesforce, Splash, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Marketo Measure, and 6sense. Troubleshoot sync issues, configure API connections, manage field mapping, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools work together effectively to support campaigns, reporting, and lead management.
- Day-to-day operations: support daily operational tasks such as importing and cleansing contact lists, building targeted audiences, troubleshooting integration errors, creating and refining workflows, and configuring new contact and company properties. Respond to stakeholder requests promptly and ensure all campaign and operational activities are executed accurately and on time.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with Marketing, SDR, Data Analytics, and other RevOps teams to support campaign and operational needs. Help gather basic requirements, share updates on progress, and assist in setting up solutions centered around Hubspot.
- Data quality: monitor and maintain data hygiene in HubSpot to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable information across the marketing and sales funnel. This includes managing duplicates, standardizing and validating picklist values, auditing and optimizing object properties, enforcing naming conventions, cleaning incomplete or outdated records, and implementing processes or automation to ensure data integrity.
- Email deliverability: oversee and optimize email deliverability by monitoring sender reputation, bounce rates, and engagement metrics. Implement best practices for list hygiene, segmentation, and frequency management to maintain high deliverability and compliance. Partner with stakeholders to manage IP warming, authenticate sending domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and resolve issues that could impact inbox placement.
- Privacy and legal compliance: build, maintain, and enforce marketing practices that comply with global privacy and data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements, configure system settings to enforce consent and opt-out preferences, and ensure marketing campaigns follow applicable laws and company policies.
- Stakeholder training & enablement: develop and deliver training sessions, documentation, and resources to help marketing and sales teams maximize their use of HubSpot and other marketing tools. Provide coaching, create step-by-step guides, and respond to user questions to improve adoption, efficiency, and self-sufficiency.
- Documentation: create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for marketing operations processes, system configurations, integration workflows, and governance standards. Ensure all documentation is regularly updated to reflect system changes, new processes, and best practices, enabling consistency and continuity across the team.
You have:
- 2+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, admin experience highly preferred.
- Intermediate experience with Salesforce and relevant objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Campaigns.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing technology systems and integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot data sync issues, manage field mappings, and support accurate data flows between platforms.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with hands-on experience managing data files for tasks such as data cleansing, deduplication, formatting, and importing into Hubspot. Able to use basic formulas and functions, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and conditional formatting, to organize and analyze data.
- Working understanding of the B2B demand waterfall and related lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL, etc.) and how they connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of key email marketing concepts such as segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and engagement metrics. Understanding of common marketing campaign types, including events (in-person and virtual), content syndication programs, webinars, and direct mail, and the operational steps required to set up, track, and measure their performance.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and similar privacy and data protection regulations, including how they apply to marketing activities. Understand core principles such as consent management, opt-in/opt-out processes, data retention, and honoring user preferences.
- Analytical and extremely detail-oriented with strong self-administered QA, with experience in dashboard/report building, and identifying business efficiency improvements. Organized with a strong eye for spotting data inconsistencies and a track record of working effectively in process-driven, collaborative team environments.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to assist with repetitive, technical, or data-related tasks, such as content formatting, data cleanup, basic analysis, or workflow automation. Comfortable experimenting with AI capabilities to improve efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex tactical or technical concepts into accessible explanations for diverse audiences.
- Comfort with Agile sprint methodologies and operational frameworks to drive project delivery.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)
$87,000 - $100,000 USD
