How you can help create a better world of work
At Culture Amp, our People Experience team exists to create a better world of work — starting with our own Campers. As our Workplace Experience Partner for EMEA, you'll be the heartbeat of our London and Berlin offices: the person who keeps things running smoothly, makes Campers feel genuinely welcomed and connected, and brings our office culture to life every single day.
This is a hands-on, people-first role that blends operational rigour with creative energy. You'll own the day-to-day running of our two EMEA offices, design and deliver events that foster real connection and belonging, and act as the go-to point of contact for 100 Campers and leaders across the region.
Because your global team is based across different time zones, you'll bring a strong sense of self-direction and ownership to everything you do — proactively solving problems, managing competing priorities, and making the EMEA office experience something Campers are proud of.
As part of this team of amazing humans, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day — Own the inner workings of the offices within the region, being present in the London office 5 days a week
- Own EMEA office operations — Manage the day-to-day running of our London and Berlin offices, ensuring a compliant, safe, and appealing workplace. This includes overseeing office works, repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships, and staying current with local health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Design and deliver meaningful events — Build and execute a regular cadence of impactful in-person and remote-friendly events and coordinated moments that foster Camper connection and belonging across the EMEA region.
- Be the on-the-ground partner for EMEA — Proactively engage with local leaders and Campers, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for office plans, initiatives, and the overall regional experience.
- Support Campers day-to-day — Serve as the first point of contact for Camper inquiries and manage request tickets within the dedicated SLAs.
- Manage the regional budget — Own spend against the allocated EMEA budget, including timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses.
You have:
- Facilities and vendor management experience — A proven ability to manage office operations, repairs and maintenance, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced, in-person environment. In addition to liaising with landlords and building management.
- Event planning and execution skills — A track record of designing and running engaging workplace events and connection moments for a distributed team.
- Strong stakeholder communication — You're a confident, clear communicator who builds trust quickly with local leaders, Campers, and cross-functional teams (including PX, Internal Comms, and IT/Facilities).
- Adaptability and problem-solving ability — You thrive when juggling competing day-to-day priorities and resolve office and Camper issues proactively and calmly.
- Self-motivation and independence — Working with a global team, you're able to self-motivate, prioritise, and drive work independently and with confidence.
You are:
- Someone who takes genuine pride in creating spaces and moments where people feel they belong.
- Energised by both the operational and the human side of workplace experience — equally comfortable coordinating a vendor as you are pulling off an event that Campers talk about for months.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and someone who brings positive energy to the team even on the busiest days.
