Title: Associate HRIS Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full Time | Exempt
Who You Are:
You’re a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for both technology and people. With a strong technical aptitude, you thrive at the intersection of HR and IT, ensuring that HR systems run securely, smoothly, and as designed. You bring curiosity, critical thinking, and strong communication skills to the table — able to translate data into clear insights and explain complex processes with ease. A background in information systems or technology is preferred, but above all, you are motivated by accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement. Your vigilance with data, math skills, and attention to detail make you a trusted partner for HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders alike.
What You’ll Do:
As an Associate HRIS Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining Curaleaf’s HR systems. You’ll process employee life-cycle transactions, from hires to terminations, while safeguarding data integrity through regular audits and system controls. Your day-to-day will include troubleshooting issues, training new HR team members, and supporting payroll functionality within the HRIS. You’ll also help manage checklists and approval workflows, document system changes, and contribute to special projects. Along the way, you’ll recommend process improvements, assist in system enhancements, and ensure sensitive information remains secure. This role gives you the opportunity to learn deeply, contribute immediately, and grow into a subject-matter expert in HR technology.
What You’ll Bring:
- You have demonstrated a background in Human Resources, with at least three years of experience supporting HR technology systems
- You have a solid understanding of HR processes and data, with hands-on experience administering HR systems and reporting tools, while staying current with HR strategies and regulations
- You bring strong analytical skills and are highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Planner
- You deliver exceptional customer service, approach tasks with urgency and accountability, proactively research and resolve issues
- You excel at building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with both team members and vendors
- You have experience designing and developing HR-related reports while maintaining clear system documentation and training materials
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, a strong communicator, and a quick learner who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Even Better If:
- You bring experience in the cannabis industry or a startup environment
- You have experience working with service management platforms, including Freshservice
- You have hands-on experience with system configuration and optimization
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — though equivalent experience is equally valued
