About the Role: As the Manager of Business Integration, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our data and process operations within the Technical Supply Chain. Your key responsibilities will include leveraging data analytics to identify inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in data management, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, experience with data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Process Detail Oversight: Lead the identification, documentation, and optimization of supply chain processes, focusing on the exact fields, transactional steps, and critical data points within each workflow
- Data Integrity & Structure: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data elements across supply chain systems. Collaborate closely with the Data Governance Team to establish and uphold data structure standards and integrity protocols.
- Data Point Management: Oversee the mapping and validation of all data points used in supply chain processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective integration throughout operations.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of Data and Process Analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development. Foster a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Operational Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with IT, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions and data structures.
- Requirements Documentation: Lead and facilitate detailed requirements gathering and process mapping sessions, ensuring all SME needs are captured at a granular level and reflected in documentation.
- Quality Assurance & Data Validation: Champion data validation and quality assurance efforts, supporting system testing and process audits to ensure all business requirements are met and data integrity is maintained.
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate and drive process improvement projects focused on enhancing data quality, process efficiency, and system interoperability across the supply chain.
- Data Integration Support: Oversee the creation of data maps and gap analyses, guaranteeing seamless data flow and integration with auxiliary components such as Financial Systems, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Compliance, and Quality Assurance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for process and data integrity matters, maintaining strong relationships with SME leaders and ensuring effective communication between analysts, IT, and Data Governance teams.
- Data Governance Alignment: Act as the supply chain liaison to the Data Governance Team, aligning operational data practices with enterprise-wide standards for data quality and stewardship.
- Process Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all supply chain processes, data fields, and business rules to support compliance, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training for team members and stakeholders on data integrity, process best practices, and governance requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators related to data accuracy, process efficiency, and analyst productivity, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 30%
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in process mapping and redesign.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools is a plus.
Connecticut Hiring Range
$121,000 - $135,000 USD
