About the Role: As the Business Integration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and data operations. Your responsibilities will include mapping and documenting processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams to implement technical solutions. You will lead efforts in data validation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also engaging with stakeholders to provide training and support. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What You’ll Do:
- Process Mapping and Detail: Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Business Integration and the manager to identify, document, and optimize supply chain processes, ensuring all workflows, transactional steps, and data fields are clearly defined and mapped.
- Data Structure and Integrity: Collect and analyze relevant data points from business units and IT systems, and work closely with the Data Governance Team to maintain standards for accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all supply chain data.
- Comprehensive Data Mapping: Conduct in-depth mapping and validation of data points, supporting integration and gap analysis for supply chain operations and auxiliary systems such as Financial Systems, Procurement, Compliance, and Quality Assurance.
- Master Data and Attribute Definition: In collaboration with the Data Governance Team, lead efforts to define, standardize, and document master data elements and attributes, ensuring data fields are described precisely for operational and reporting needs.
- Quality Assurance and Data Validation: Support and champion data validation, system testing, and process audits to uphold business requirements and data integrity throughout the supply chain.
- Reporting and Documentation: Synthesize findings into actionable reports, maintain thorough documentation of processes, data fields, and business rules to support compliance, audit readiness, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Operational Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with IT, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and robust data structures.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and support process improvement initiatives that enhance data quality, process efficiency, and system interoperability.
- Participate in projects driven by the manager to foster innovation and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Training: Facilitate effective communication with SME leaders, provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on data integrity, process best practices, and governance requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics related to data accuracy, process efficiency, and analyst productivity, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with management.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 30%
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in process mapping and redesign.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools is a plus.
Connecticut Hiring Range
$81,000 - $90,000 USD
