You will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce performance marketing strategies across our direct-to-consumer platform (subscription & single box purchase) and third-party platforms (Amazon, Target+, Costco.com, etc.). • Collaborate with teams spanning Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand Management, Strategy & Insights, Product, and Retail functions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders along with external partners to innovate, develop and implement a robust creative strategy, including ongoing testing
  • Deep dive into key strategic marketing questions that generate actionable insight into how we can improve channel performance and - above all - achieve profitable volume growth

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience with a focus on hybrid DTC/Amazon/3PL businesses
  • Hands-on channel management experience across a broad spectrum of media channels (paid social, paid search, partnerships/affiliate, offline)
  • Obsessed with growth marketing strategy but not above getting into the weeds
  • A proven track record in scaling brands; robust playbook of available optimization and growth levers
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, CPM, CPC, etc.)
  • 2+ years of direct growth marketing agency management experience
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders outside of the performance marketing team (e.g. creative, brand, strategy & insights, product, retail, etc.)
  • Project management experience and ability to see complex projects from beginning to end
  • The ability to use reporting and analytics to drive strategy and execute key initiatives that level up to company goals
  • Ability to effectively switch between strategic and tactical environments within a fast-paced organization
  • A solutions-oriented self starter who thinks analytically, ruthlessly prioritizes, meets deadlines and exceeds expectations
  • Exceptional visual and verbal presentation skills
  • Curious, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas; a bias-for-action!

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
