About the role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused technical expert to join our team as a key resource for our Enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary technical contact, building strong relationships with customers while resolving complex issues with clarity and precision. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support—to troubleshoot technical challenges, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.

As part of your responsibilities, you’ll provide advanced technical support by replicating issues, analyzing server and client logs, and escalating bugs when necessary. Your ability to communicate clearly and promptly will ensure client satisfaction and trust. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our support processes and sharing technical insights with internal teams to better serve our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for Enterprise Customers and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Respond promptly to clients inquiries, ensuring clear communication.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting by reproducing client issues, analyzing server and client logs to identify errors, and reporting bugs to Engineering when necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally to create and refine support processes, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Provide technical insights to Sales and Customer Support teams for large enterprise clients.
  • Participate in client calls, offering technical expertise.
  • Document resolved issues and common questions to improve support efficiency.
  • Assist customers outside of normal business hours, when needed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of web development practices and associated tooling.
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols such as SAML.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with REST APIs, including proficiency in analyzing server and client logs.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
  • Strong SQL skills
