
Business Operations Intern

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Operations Intern to join our Revenue Operations team in Paris or London for an initial 6 x month assignment. This role will help drive operational efficiency, improve reporting, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fast-paced organisation and excels at deriving insights from data, solving problems, and driving process optimisation and change management. You must have strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, a solid understanding of operational excellence, and excellent communication & relationship management skills.
How you'll make an impact:
- Serve as a point of contact for field teams (Sales, BDR, Marketing, Partner…), supporting them in their day-to-day operations by troubleshooting challenges and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Support data analysis and reporting on key revenue metrics (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, churn, ARR…)
- Maintain and build dashboards to track performance, enable decision-making, and surface insights for stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining and improving CRM and sales tech stack workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Cognism)
- Assist in data cleaning, data validation, and ongoing data management across CRM and other GTM systems
- Help document and optimize GTM processes to improve team productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and help implement scalable solutions
What you'll need to be successful:
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL, BI tools, or Python a plus)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing and cleaning large data sets
- Experience with dashboard creation using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and go-to-market strategies is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset
