Technical Operations Intern
David Zwirner Gallery is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Technical Operations Intern to support the Senior Director of Technology and the broader Digital team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical operations, project management, and Gallery technology infrastructure at a global leader in contemporary art.
Responsibilities:
- Support organization and management across multiple digital platforms and internal systems.
- Assist with data reporting, analysis, and creation of dashboards using tools such as Linear, Google Sheets, or similar reporting software.
- Help categorize, archive, and maintain technical documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility for internal teams.
- Assist in reviewing and summarizing product roadmaps, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, track projects, and communicate updates clearly.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects under the guidance of the Senior Director of Technology.
- Assist where able in pushing Gallery technology initiatives forward!
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Systems, Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a dynamic environment.
- Interest in contemporary art and Gallery operations is a plus, though not required.

The Summer internship runs from June through August. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm. All interns are paid NYC minimum wage of $16.50/hour. All candidates must be residents of NY, NJ, or CT. Only qualified candidates will be contacted. Absolutely no calls or walk-ins please.
