We partner with over 60 school districts—including Kaiser Permanente—reaching more than one million students nationwide. Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a real difference in students' lives.

We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory—and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75–$95 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.
• Flexible & Growing Caseload: We're looking for clinicians who can offer strong weekly availability to meet the high demand from students who need care. While 5 sessions per week is the minimum, we encourage clinicians to provide 10+ sessions per week, and we'll work with you to build toward a full, consistent caseload as you settle in.
• Independent Contractor (1099) Flexibility: Work on your own terms, with the freedom to build a caseload and schedule that fits your lifestyle and career goals.

Flexibility & Clinical Support

• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekends 9 AM–5 PM PST. You can also work around your client's schedule too — though most students love after-school sessions, so sticking close to this window is a great way to keep your caseload full!
• Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care.
• Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions.
• Professional Development: Continuing education credits, paid clinical consultation, and ongoing training.

Role & Responsibilities

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with teens to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California.
• Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings.
• Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services.

Please note: This role is open to fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
